REVOLVER LANE - WORK WEIRD

This one was chaos and joy in equal measure.
Revolver Lane is legendary in Melbourne: velvet booths, neon halls, a resident ghost and a strong allergy to beige “co-working space” energy.
The brief: preserve Revolver Lane’s spirit, and avoid the generic “hustle harder” co-working clichés at all costs.
The insight: innovation does not come from fitting in.
It comes from weird.
So we built a brand platform that celebrated the odd, the unexpected and the wonderfully eccentric: #WorkWeird.
New tone of voice. New look. New reason to brag about where you work.
We splashed it across social, signage, press, print, merch and an entirely new website.
We even introduced Sir Randolph Spooksalot, an office ghost who moonlights as a brand ambassador.
Impact:
